The term "M-shaped person" draws inspiration from the shape of the letter "M," symbolizing the diverse skill sets and expertise that these individuals possess. Unlike specialists who excel in a single area, M-shaped people exhibit proficiency across multiple domains, forming peaks of expertise in two or more distinct fields. Their broad spectrum of knowledge enables them to connect ideas, innovate across disciplines, and adapt to changing environments with remarkable agility.

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital product development, individuals often find themselves donning various hats, adapting to new challenges, and mastering multiple domains, and this was the case for me. I had 7 years of experience web publication, starting from a user generated content platform, until it move to a news media company. During this period, I learn about user experience, content management system, data visualization and the implementation of AI for content classifications, Natural Language Generation and Processing. I was the only product manager, and my departement not only handling (digital) product development but we also do IT stuff such as IT sysadmin, IT support, and networking.

After 7 year working with content publishing, I moved to fintech company. I learn about loan processing, start origination until payments. One of the big pressure assignment was to get the Regulator (OJK) permit in 2019.

Since October 2019, I’m joining SMSFinance. Since then I build a development team that consist of programmers, product managers, quality assurance and designer. I has been assigned to handle Digital Marketing and also implementation of AI.
